How do I figure out my ring size?
Ideally sized in person. Keep in mind our ring size fluctuates with time of day, certain food & beverages, temperatures outside and seasons of the year. Best to get measured a few times.
Are your stones ethically sourced?
We value the diamonds, gemstones, and materials we work with like we value the relationships we build with our suppliers. All of the above ethically sourced and abide by the Kimberley Process.
Where can I find your work in person?
We are located in Orangeville Ontario and our studio is by appointment only. If you are local, please visit Noinkees Inc. in Elora & Simply 4 You Boutique in Richmond Hill to view some of our popular everyday wear pieces.
Can you redesign heirloom jewelry using the same materials?
Redesigning an heirloom piece is one of the many things we love to do. Keeping those sentimental cherished pieces and giving them a new fresh look.
Do you offer ring sizing?
Yes! If you have purchased or received a piece from us and it doesn’t fit just so, we offer one complimentary resizing. Above this we are also able to resize any other rings you may have, whether purchased from us or not for an additional fee. Please contact us for individual pricing.
Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Yes! With the utmost care we offer repairs and restoration for your jewelry needs. This includes; rhodium plating, sizing, chain & jewelry repair, engraving, and appraisals. Please contact us for any further questions and pricing you may have. Please allow generally 1-2 weeks for completion.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our handmade jewellery all custom pieces are final a sale.
What is the difference between 10kt, 14kt and 18kt gold?
“Kt” refers to the karat of gold. Karat is a unit of measurement that tells you the purity of gold in the alloy. 24kt is Pure Gold 100%. Therefore, 14kt is 14 parts out of 24 pure gold. Aka .585. The higher the karat, the more pure your gold content is in your jewellery.
What are the 4c’s of diamond grading and how can I learn more?
The 4 C’s stand for cut, colour, clarity and carat. Each C plays its part in determining the beauty of a white diamond.
